Your satisfaction is our main concern. We want to make sure that you are no less than 100% satisfied every time we clean your property. If you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please call us within 24 hours and we will come back to fix the oversight.
Cancellation policy
We require at least a 24-hour cancellation! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please contact us immediately. Cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments outside of the cancellation window will have payment forfeited.
Payment policy
A valid credit/debit card is required for all cleaning appointments. 24 hours prior to your appointment, a hold will be placed on the card, in the amount of the cleaning rate. A $30.00 fee is applied to all returned payments.
Refunds policy
Cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service & We want you to be 100% satisfied with our services but, if you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please contact us within 24 hours and if possible, we will return to fix the oversight.
